Hope, Faith & Photos For A Cure
TOMORROW – February 27th Uchida Photography will be taking part in a very special fundraiser for a very special girl, Ashley a local high school senior who is battling Ewing’s sarcoma stage 4 cancer.
Please view the details of the fundraiser & video of Ashley’s story below. 100% of the profits will go towards Ashley’s medical expenses. Come out, have some fun and get some great family or individual portraits – all for a great cause! We hope to see you there!
Local photographer Carla Lynn met Ashley last year, and has been following her brave journey ever since. Now, with the generous support of Pictage, Matathon Village and others, Carla has taken her special relationship with Ashley a step further by organizing a fundraising event for Ashley’s family called Hope, Faith and Photos for a Cure.

We now have very limited internet access, you can contact us by texting us at 615-916-1300 you can also try to call that number and we have been getting very spotty reception. Please do not leave a message at that number if you do not reach us.

Jillian — Watch Me Grow
It is amazing all of the changes that take place within the first year of a babies life! To watch a child go from a tiny little person that primarily eats and sleeps to a child that is running around and laughing is pretty spectacular. That is why we LOVE the Watch Me Grow sessions at the studio. Over the course of year we get to see a child progress through the major milestones of sitting, standing holding on, to then being able to walk on their own as well as be able to see their little personalities emerge. Parents are always a little shocked when they come in following the one year session by how fast that first year has gone by and how much their child has changed as they pick out the images for their panel. It is always a sweet sweet time to look back and remember those months that have become such a blur.
Here is Jillian, one of our kiddos that recently graduated from the Watch Me Grow program. What a fun girl, so full of life! Enjoy a glimpse into some of the milestones that occurred during her first year.
